1994, held the post of General Manager of SHEN ZHEN ZHENG XIAN ELECTRON TECHNOLOGY LTD., successively launched the first governmental internet business system of China: Shenzhen Real Estate Information Website (1997, WWW.SZHOME.GOV.CN); the first electronic map website of China: Shenzhen Travel Website (1997), meanwhile, the first batch of map query websites of China: www.map160.com (1999, launched with go2map at the same time).

April 2004, held the post of CEO of ZHENG XIAN CYBER TECHNOLOGY (SHEN ZHEN) LTD., globally originated the concept of Public Resources Planning (PRP), which mainly uses GIS technology, internet technology, database, etc. to realize the resources management of the government and the public utilities, like water, electric, gas, communication, etc. His business ranked No.3 in2003 inthe industry ofChina, and is the first company inChinato introduce GIS technology into the fields like telecommunication, cable television, mobile, etc. Approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission in 2002, the company was agreed to apply for GEM Listing to Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. During 2002 to 2004, besides the business developing, the company was mainly concentrated in introducing risks investment and IPO work, but the listing work was delayed by the audit due to one of the Hong Kong shareholders was locked by Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (he is the sponsor for Ouya Agriculture listing). July 2004, the company decided to stop the listing application. 2005, safety management operation platform based on the internet was launched, which was promoted in the wholeChinawith the collection mode of enterprise service charge. It is a kind of detailed application of cloud technology, which is similar with CRM of cloud technology at present.

2005, the whole family immigrated toCanada, but I still stayed inChinaat most of my time. I am now a permanent resident ofCanada, and the whole family returned toChinain 2009. 2008, due to the shareholders of the company had differences in opinion, ZHENG XIAN CYBER TECHNOLOGY (SHEN ZHEN) LTD. was decided to be liquidated, and the liquidate is completed in 2010.

2011, established SHENZHEN XIN LV ZHI KE TECHNOLOGY LTD., developing central-control intelligent energy-conservation management system based on the internet service mode, up to now.

I have been engaged in company management and market promotion business since 1993 with the main service objects of governmental departments, utilities and enterprises, which held the monopoly position in GIS Shenzhen Market during 2000 to 2004, and ranked No.3 inChina, is one of the most influential companies inChina’s GIS software development market at that period. The other shareholders and venture capitalists of the company were anxious for GEM listing, and spent large amount of human and financial resources of the company, which resulted in insufficient business funds of the company, therefore, the company declines, and I feel deeply regret for it.

I have been engaged in the work like technical direction policy, market promotion, risks investment negotiation, etc. on long-term basis, and have wide resources in governmental departments, utilities and risks investment industry. I am willing to contribute these resources to the new company to promote the company for rapid development of the business.
